🗓️ Area Schedule Days

To keep travel efficient and offer more availability, we now work in set areas on set days.
Please book on your area day whenever possible.

Monday – Horley / Smallfield
Tuesday – Copthorne / Crawley / Lingfield
Wednesday – East Grinstead / Lingfield
Thursday – Edenbridge
Friday & Saturday – Flex Days

🐶 What Are Flex Days?

Flex days (Friday & Saturday) are for:

• Customers who cannot make their allocated area day

• Customers whose area is not listed

However, these appointments are very limited and may be declined.

If your request is declined, you may submit up to three requests.
After three declines, Jordan will contact you directly to help arrange an appropriate appointment.

You may:

• Request an appointment on a Flex Day

• OR request any available appointment shown online on unassigned days
  (We may be able to fit you in on the off chance.)
